Amy Ash is an artist, maker, and curator of gallery learning programmes and exhibitions.
Originally from New Brunswick, Canada, Ash holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Mount Allison University and a Bachelor of Education from the University of New Brunswick.
Her interdisciplinary practice focuses on stretching the boundaries of shared experience. Within this framework she is particularly interested in exploring value systems which are quantifiably ambiguous, rituals of remembrance, and questions of authenticity, as related to the construction and perpetuation of personal narratives.
In Canada, Amy Ash's work can be found at TUCK, in Saint John, or Ingrid Mueller Art & Concepts, in Fredericton.
